    Description: A: PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project consist of a pool addition/ renovation of the Birchwood Country Club to include all civil, site, and building trades. Approx 3,600 square feet of area. The structure is comprised of a mix of masonry, wood and structural steel. Trades requested are but not limited to Civil, Site, Landscaping, Underground Utility Construction, Pools, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Misc Metals, Wood framing, Drywall, Insulation, Waterproofing, Damp Proofing, Paint, Ceilings, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Toilet Partitions & Accessories, Window/ Doors, Glass/ Glazing, and Misc Trades and Suppliers. B: PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Plans and specification are available for your use.
